FAQs
The JW7 VIP Program is a special rewards program for all JW7 members. You can earn JW7 VIP Points (VP) that can be turned into cash and give you extra VIP perks.
When you sign up for a JW7 account, you‘re automatically part of the VIP program at the Bronze level. To move up to higher levels, just meet the requirements listed in the table above. Each person can only have one membership.
- Level 1: Bronze
- Level 2: Silver
- Level 3: Gold
- Level 4: Platinum
- Level 5: Diamond (Invitation Only)
VIP Experiences (VE) are what you need to move up in VIP levels. You earn VE by playing or betting on JW7. The type of game you play affects how much VE you get. As soon as you earn enough VE, your VIP level will go up, and you’ll start enjoying your new benefits the next day at 10:00 (GMT+6). Different games give you different amounts of VE.

You earn Turnover by playing games and participating in JW7 activities. The more you play, the more Turnover you get.

You can turn your JW7 VIP Points (VP) into cash anytime from your JW7 account page. 1 VIP Point equals 1 unit of your local currency. Once converted, the money goes directly to your JW7 account. Minimum of 10 VIP Points can be converted. Note: VIP Points can’t be transferred to other players.

Your VIP level is updated every month based on the experience you earned last month. To keep your level, you need to gather enough experience to meet the retention threshold shown in the table above.
The “Experience Retention Threshold” refers to the minimum amount of experience points that a player needs to accumulate within a specific period, typically a month, in order to maintain their current VIP level. If the player meets or exceeds this threshold, they can retain their VIP status; if they fall short, their VIP level will decrease.
The VIP Level Up Reward is a special bonus you get when you move up to a new VIP level. You can only get this bonus once per level. The VIP level you reach by the end of the month will decide your bonus.
